When I was running my offline businesses I typically delegated details that I was not interested in dealing with and I do this online now as well. However, because everything about the online world is new and most of us learn as we go, most matters cannot be delegated until YOU (the owner, originator, entrepreneur) have personally dealt with the issue and learned it yourself. You’ve worked hard and the visitors coming to your site are growing daily! You start to notice your bank account has been credited instead of debited! You’re on your way!
